Return & Replacement Policy for Zamidar
At Zamidar, customer satisfaction is our priority. Once an order is confirmed, we are unable to accept return or refund requests. However, in the following situations, we are committed to finding an amicable and fair solution for all parties involved.
For Damaged Products
- Notify us of any damaged products within 24 Hours of delivery via email at support@zamidar.com.
- The email must include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One outer box image
- Two clear images of the damaged product
- An unboxing video showing the damaged product
- For orders with multiple items, only the damaged product(s) may be returned and replaced.
- We will promptly replace the product(s) and work towards a fair resolution.
- Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
For Missing Products
- Notify us of any missing products within 24 Hours of delivery via email at support@zamidar.com.
- The email must include:
- Order number
- Image of the invoice
- One outer box image
- Two clear images of the opened box
- An unboxing video showing all items received
- Refunds are not available for missing items, but we will promptly resend the missing product(s).
- Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
For Spoiled Products
- Notify us of any product spoilage within 24 Hours of delivery via email at support@zamidar.com.
- The email must include:
- Order number
- Date of packaging/manufacture
- Clear images or a video of the spoiled product
- Please note: Returns cannot be accepted for variations in taste, texture, color, or aroma, as our products are 100% natural and handmade. Variations between batches are expected but do not compromise quality or nutritional value.
- After due investigation, we will replace the product, ensuring a fair outcome.
- Our team will respond to your email within 24-48 hours and provide full assistance thereafter.
